It will give you a good idea of who I am, what's important to me and, most importantly, what you can expect from our professional relationship.Professional Overview I've been a Top Producing agent in the East Bay since 1981. I know the market well which helps me price and prepare homes to my clients' best advantage. I'm a tough negotiator, whether representing buyers or sellers -- and have completed over 400 transactions to prove it! Real Estate Training I've taken over 500 hours of coursework on real estate and am continually updating my knowledge of legal issues and contracts. Sophisticated Marketer: I use a wide range of advertising media to promote my listings, including many foreign language newspapers, the San Francisco Chronicle, Contra Costa Times, San Francisco Business Times, the Berkeley Voice/Montclarion and the Berkeley Express -- just to name a few. Each property is unique so I plan my marketing efforts accordingly. I target the most appropriate audience and media channels to help ensure the fastest, best sale for my clients. Full Suite of Services: I will take care of everything to make your home sale as effective and productive as possible. I'll arrange and supervise hauling and/or delivery, professional gardeners, window cleaners, stagers and inspectors -- essentially any services required to make a property appealing for prospective buyers. Relocation Specialist: I've trained with the Prudential Corporate Relocation Division to assist clients moving within and outside of the Bay Area. I know how to address the special needs clients encounter when relocating. This includes moving before the school year ends, renting before buying and preparing vacant homes. Thirty-five percent of my clients have been relocation clients. I sell primarily in Berkeley, Oakland, Albany, Kensington, El Cerrito and Richmond. However, I personally know agents all around the Bay Area, having worked with them over the years, as well as through memberships in professional organizations, specialty conferences and seminars. I am also able to refer my clients to highly qualified agents throughout the United States and Canada.
